The students of a Senior High School find themselves in a bind. Despite having undergone a deadly and traumatic surge in their small-town community, the high school administrators are still pushing through with rolling out the face-to-face classes as scheduled. Because of this, nine class officers are tasked to elect a singular Batch Representative to stand for the concerns and interests of the entire student body. Their resolve to select a Batch Rep among them is more critical than ever before. But with strong personalities, differing beliefs and backgrounds, individual agendas, raised stakes, and a tight deadline for their decision, will the nine class officers come to a harmonious agreement? Or will they learn that their division actually cuts deeper and wider than they realize?

Nu’ng panahong walang maani ang mga magsasaka sa bayan ng Salvados sa tuwing darating ang tagtuyot, nakaimbento ang isang chemist sa kanilang nagtuturo sa Colegio de Salvados ng evaporation suppressant na tinawag nilang Salvados Kontra-Tagtuyot fertilizer. Dahil sa naging tagumpay n’ya upang lutasin ang nagdaang krisis sa Salvados, s’ya muli ang nilapitan nu’ng matapos ng ilang taon ay biglang nangangamatay ang mga mamamayan ng Salvados dahil sa kanser.Upang malutas ang kinakaharap na krisis, hiniling ni Doc Anna kina Tito at Vicky – magkaribal sa pagka-mayor ng Salvados – na sila’y magkaisa na upang makumpleto ang nanotechnology laboratory ng kanilang Colegio sapagka’t ito ang gagamitin upang tukuyin ang sanhi ng pagkalat ng kanser. Nagkaisa ang magkaribal at nagawa ni Doc Annang matuklasan na mataas ang arsenic level of contamination ng tubig sa kanilang bayan. Dahil ganado sa tagumpay ng kanilang bagong tuklas na pagkakaisa, hinilingan muli si Doc Annang lutasin ang problema ng kanilang tubig sa arsenic. Nguni’t sa pagkakataong ito, may natuklasan ang kanyang research assistant na si Boy-C na hahamon sa tagumpay ng kanilang ginagawang pag-aaral, habang ang kasintahan naman ni Boy-C na pamangkin ni Doc Anna ay minumulto ng halimaw ng kanyang nakaraan, at ang ina ni Doc Annang si Amparing ay binoluntaryo si Doc Anna upang maging hermana mayor sa kapistahan ng kanilang patrong si La Virgen de Salvados.Sa kawing-kawing na mga problema at gulo ng sitwasyon, di rin makapili ang mga mamamayan sa pagitan nina Tito at Vicky kung sino ang karapat-dapat na ibotong mayor. Ang mga gulong dulot ng kanyang personal na buhay, ng pulitika, at ng proseso ng pananaliksik ay magtutulak kay Doc Anna upang sa huli’y lutasin ang mga problema ng Salvados sa paraang alam ng mga tulad n’yang walang kapangyarihan.
